I am very delighted to attend this training which is very important in my personal and professional development.I have learned about the three Rs ( Ritual-Relationship and Restriction).It allowed me to talk about my daily activities with my team mates but also know a lot about my African colleagues from the Sub- Saharian area.A part from that I have learned about three terms such as Call in ( which is more about being more attentioned concerning student if they do something wrong)n Call out ( which is shouting at students who did wrong) or Call on ( which rather keeping a bit silent in terms of judgement and wait for the appropriate moment,answer very kindly
